Generate a board pack for any client in a click — every figure checked against the calculation engine — and put your firm’s name and colour on the PDFs and briefs you send.

Board packs

A board pack is a client-ready summary of one company for one period. Under Advisor → Deliverables, pick a Client and select Generate board pack. Each pack contains:

A title with your firm’s name, the client, and the period
Key figures
Tax and compliance
Open recommendations
A narrative, taken from the client’s latest KPI brief
A validation stamp, your footer note, and the standard disclaimers

Select a pack in the list to view it, or Download PDF. The list shows the 20 most recent packs for each client.

Why you can trust the figures

No AI model is involved in building a pack. Every figure comes from Pocket-CFO’s deterministic calculation engine, and the build is refused outright if any number in it isn’t one the engine produced. The validation stamp records a fingerprint of the exact facts the pack was built from, so a pack can always be traced back to its source data.

The narrative is the one place prose appears, and it comes from the client’s latest KPI brief. If the client has no brief yet, the pack tells you so instead of inventing one.

Who can generate packs

Anyone in the firm who can see a client can generate and download its board packs. Both actions are recorded in the audit trail. Board packs are currently available for clients your firm holds directly; they aren’t yet available for companies a client has shared with you through a grant.

Firm branding

Owners and admins set the firm’s branding under Advisor → Deliverables:

Firm display name: Required, up to 120 characters.
Accent colour: A hex colour such as #00613A.
Footer note: Up to 500 characters, printed at the foot of your documents.
Logo URL: An https address. It can be saved now but isn’t shown on documents yet.

Select Save branding. Your branding appears on board packs, on KPI brief and Monthly CEO Brief PDFs, and on KPI briefs emailed by hand. It is captured when a pack is built, so changing your branding later doesn’t alter packs you’ve already sent.
