Ask questions about your own numbers in plain English. Answers quote figures Pocket-CFO has already calculated, say where each came from, and tell you when the data to answer isn’t there.
What you can ask
Ask Pocket-CFO is an assistant that answers questions about your company’s numbers. Start with a suggestion — How long is my runway?, Can I afford to hire?, What changed this month? — or type your own question, up to 4,000 characters.
What it answers from
The assistant answers only from facts Pocket-CFO has already calculated for you:
- Your runway and what changed this month
- A summary of your dashboard
- Your tax, compliance, and MEC planning facts
It quotes figures exactly as calculated and never works out numbers of its own. Each answer names where its figures came from — “from your runway verdict”, “from your tax facts”. If a source has no data yet, it tells you which part of the app to set up instead of guessing.
Your conversation
The assistant remembers the last 12 messages of your conversation for the company you’re viewing, for as long as your browser session lasts. Select Clear conversation to start over.
Limits and advice
Each message counts toward your organization’s daily AI allowance of 100 requests. The assistant is part of the CEO brief feature, switched on per account during the closed beta.
Its answers are informational summaries, not financial, tax, legal, or insurance advice. For decisions with real consequences, it will point you toward a CPA, accountant, or fractional CFO — and so do we.
