Pocket-CFO Manage your subscription
Pocket-CFO Monthly is $49.99 a month. How to subscribe on the web, how to cancel, and what to do if you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play.
The plan
Pocket-CFO has one plan: Pocket-CFO Monthly, at $49.99 a month. There are no tiers and no usage charges.
Subscribe on the web
Open Billing and select Start $49.99/month checkout. Payment is handled by Paddle, our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record — your card details go to Paddle and never reach Pocket-CFO.
Once you’ve subscribed, Billing shows your Active plan and its renewal date.
Cancel
An owner or admin can cancel:
- Open Billing and select Cancel subscription.
- Select Confirm cancellation — or Keep subscription if you’ve changed your mind.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then. Billing shows Cancellation scheduled in the meantime.
Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?
A subscription bought in the Pocket-CFO mobile app is billed by Apple or Google, so it’s managed and cancelled in your device’s subscription settings, not on the Billing page. Use Restore purchases in the app if a subscription you’ve paid for isn’t showing.
Deleting your Pocket-CFO account doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your device’s settings first.
Deleting your account
In Settings, under Danger zone, select Delete account, confirm that you understand your data will be permanently deleted, and select Delete account again. If you’re the only owner of your organization, this also cancels its web subscription and deletes the organization and its data. See Security and trust.
